“One of our favorite blends to create our 2017 CHI is a big bodied complex red. Flowery incenses and spice on the nose are followed by black raspberry and plum flavors.”

KA is "the element of Fire" in Japanese.
Our 2017 version lives up to the KA standard of being a full bodied, rich in texture, meaty wine. Blackberries, plums and spice are ever present in the nose, mouth and lingering finish.
"KU" means "Heaven & Sky" in Japanese
Wine club favorite KU 2017 offering in nothing short of amazing. Unique Zinfandel fruit and spice flavors found only in Paso Robles are backed with a giant structure provided by estate grown Syrah, Grenache and Petite Sirah.
“Built around dark briary fruit, the 2017 Petit Verdot has notes of tobacco and cedar pencil. It’s loaded with plum and blackberry flavors with tannin that will benefit from a few years of age.”

This vintage is of our Grenache is showing bold cherry, cranberry, and blackberry, with hints of dark chocolate and baking spice. Pair this with a pulled pork or roast beef dish, delish!

"A beautiful blend of 25% each, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, Syrah and Zinfandel. KA offers a big, spicy bouquet of mulled blackberries, plums, black pepper, chocolate and flowery incense. This wine is big, rich, full bodied and has a great finish."

“Our wineclub favorite Ku is medium-full bodied with a complex flavor profile. Zinfandel spice on the nose is followed by a mouth full of dark fruits and baking spice that come together for a smooth lingering finish.”

This wine is rich and lengthy, medium plus bodied, full of stewed cherries and plumb, with essence of spices and herbs that perfume the nose. Great pairing with long roasted meat dishes like lamb or wine boar and roasted rosemary potatoes.

This CHI blend has rich cassis and dried cigar tabacco filling the nose and palette. Bright anise shows through from start to finish ushering in dark cherry and hints of earthy slate.
Aromas of Bing cherries and dried cranberries waft out of the glass with a beautiful smokiness that comes across on the palate. Earthy notes are followed up with hints of vanilla and clove.

This is a blend made up of some of our biggest and most complex wines our KA fills the mouth with blueberries, blackberries and finishes silky smooth.

Our 2019 Mourvèdre offers a bouquet rich in dark fruit, complemented by hints of earth and dried herbs. On the palate, flavors of ripe berries are balanced by savory elements, showcasing integrated tannins and a lingering finish with a touch of spice.

A complex nose of black cherry, clove and dark chocolate is matched by a mouthful of black fruits, subtle baking spice and well integrated oak. The lingering pallete finshes silky smooth with a beautiful tannin prescense.
Always a beautiful pour from the bottle our Petite Sirah is dark and rich with large amounts of black fruits, chocolate and peppery notes.

This Zinfandel is deep garnet red in the glass. It has ripe black and red raspberry notes in the nose and the texture is rich and full of mocha, briar and fresh cut meadow.
Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is very approachable and righ with flavors of red fruits. It has smooth tannins and a hint of mocha on the finish.

Sturdy Syrah and sassy Mourvèdre are balanced out by their fresh fruity friend, Grenache, to create a well-balanced masterpiece. The incredibly smooth finish is preceded by dark fruit and spicy tobacco elements.
This vintage of our Grenache is showing more bold blue and red berries and plum. It has pretty aromatics and is a little lighter in body compared to the 2018 and 2019.

"The nose reveals intricate nuances of cinnamon and a medley of baking spices. With a full-bodied presence, this blend unfolds on the palate with the essence of freshly picked red fruits, notably strawberries and raspberries. A linerging toasted oak completes this beautiful blend.

Our first Grenache heavy Ku starts with an initial burst of bright red fruits is met with chalky tannins racy acid and spicy barrel notes.
Showing off its dark briary fruit, the 2020 Petit Verdot has notes of baking spice and cedar plank. Over the top with plum and blackberry flavors with tannin that will continue to smooth in the coming years.
This dry farmed Zinfandel has a keen balance of fruit and spice and is loaded with flavors. Aromas of cedar and light pepper are properly balanced by big raspberry and blackberry flavors and delicate acidity.

Our 2021 CHI is a big, rich, luscious wine. Its savory and spicy aromas lead to dense dark fruit flavors and finishes with smooth and velvety tannins.
Thoughts of fresh strawberries and raspberries will fill your mind as you breath in this well-balanced, medium bodied Grenache.
The Grippy returns with a mouthfull of fruit and gripping tannins that don’t want to let go. Aromas of blackberry, cherry and sweet spice are matched with robust fruit flavors and barrel spices on the palate.
