Bright aromas of fresh citrus and summer melon are abundant in the nose.  A refreshing acidity leads to flavors of citrus zest and ripe stone fruits.

FU means "Wind" in Japanese

An abundance of tropical notes on the nose and pallet transport you to your favorite beach getaway.  We left this white wine unfiltered to preserve all the excitement.

"Our rosé is made from Grenache grapes that are specifically grown for rosé. This light and crisp refresher is loaded with fresh strawberries, minerality, and a zip of acid."

"SUI" means "Water" in Japanese.

"Fermented and aged in concrete, this SUI has a wonderfully salacious and round-mouth feel. The nose pops with ripe stone fruit and juicy fruit gum. The mouth follows suit with a slight salinity and dry finish."

Our Rosé of Grenache displays a beautiful salmon hue, with delicate aromas of lemon and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, vibrant acidity and crisp minerality are complemented by lively citrus flavors that keep this wine bright and refreshing.

Our concrete aged, unfiltered Grenache Blanc is chock full of ripe citrus and green apple flavors.  Concrete fermentation provides additional minerality and body to this refreshing white wine.

Every year we are proud to produce our 100% Albariño from our sustainable vineyard on the East side of Paso Robles. 2024 delivered flavors of vibrant citrus, tropical pineapple, mango, nectarine, and a floral fragrance of honey suckle and white tea, and dry minerality.

This 100% Viognier shows aromas of nectarine, apricot, mandarin, pear, lime, & jasmine. The palate is crisp, waxy, minerally, & floral with a lingering finish you can whiff for days.
