We have been making award-winning quality blends and single varietals in limited quantities since 2008. With a keen eye on sustainability in every facet of our business, all of our wines are SIP-Certified and almost all grapes are grown on our two Paso Robles Vineyards, in the heart of the Central Coast of California.
An elegant Mourvèdre begins with a unique violet nose, layered with earthy undertones and a touch of baking spice. Its silky tannins and vibrant acidity lead to a long, floraly oak finish.

This is a rare beauty in our winery that is not made every year. Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon we call the Mercurey is rich & velvety, loaded with fresh black cherries. It has beautiful aromas of red roses, spices, fresh green herbs, cola & a hint of pine. Pair this very special wine with a very special person for your next very special occasion.
Aromatics of ripe dark fruits and subtle baking spices carry over from the nose to the mouth. This Syrah is medium bodied with a delightful acid balance.
This classic Paso Robles Zinfandel opens with aromas of ripe black fruits and a touch of licorice. The wine is dry and well-balanced, offering rich, ripe fruit flavors supported by drying tannins.

An abundance of tropical notes on the nose and pallet transport you to your favorite beach getaway. We left this white wine unfiltered to preserve all the excitement.
This silky Mourvèdre is showing off with plumb, blueberry pie, earth tones & dried fruit. The palate reflects dried flowers, herbs, slight minerality, & a smooth finish. It perfectly pairs with Fall dishes & turkey dinners.
"SUI" means "Water" in Japanese.
"Fermented and aged in concrete, this SUI has a wonderfully salacious and round-mouth feel. The nose pops with ripe stone fruit and juicy fruit gum. The mouth follows suit with a slight salinity and dry finish."

A keen balance of fruit and spice this dry farmed zin is loaded with flavors. Aromas of cedar and light pepper is properly balanced by big raspberry and blackberry flavors and delicate acidity.
Our 2022 Zinfandel has aromas of cranberry, cherry, strawberry, olallieberry, baking spices & vanilla. The palate is very smooth and fruit forward. Pair this with olallieberry pie this season. Delish!
The crispness and acidity associated with the Albariño variety are in abundance with this vintage. Breathe in the honeysuckle and taste the citrus basket while enjoying this refreshing wine.
FU means "Wind" in Japanese
This 100% Viognier shows aromas of nectarine, apricot, mandarin, pear, lime, & jasmine. The palate is crisp, waxy, minerally, & floral with a lingering finish you can whiff for days.

Our Grenache Rosé displays a beautiful salmon hue, with delicate aromas of lemon and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, vibrant acidity and crisp minerality are complemented by lively citrus flavors that keep this wine bright and refreshing.

A complex nose of black cherry, clove and dark chocolate is matched by a mouthful of black fruits, subtle baking spice and well integrated oak. The lingering pallete finshes silky smooth with a beautiful tannin prescense.

This wine is rich and lengthy, medium plus bodied, full of stewed cherries and plumb, with essence of spices and herbs that perfume the nose. Great pairing with long roasted meat dishes like lamb or wine boar and roasted rosemary potatoes.
